The gas strut assisted backrest raises from horizontal to 85° to give a supported seating position. The lowest position of 46 cm allows easy transfer of patients from wheelchairs, and facilitates balance and standing exercises. Electric models are available with a choice of hand or footswitch.

The Bobath 5 sets the highest standards for treatment and rehabilitation of patients with neurological conditions. The frame has an improved safe working and lifting capacity of 325 kg, providing a greater security and safety for both the on board therapist and the heaviest patient. The electrically powered backrest facility enables the therapist to easily support and position the patient without having to dismount the couch. The backrest is simply adjusted by the push button hand switch, which also controls the height adjustment and can be operated at any point around the couch. The Bobath 5 includes a battery backup facility and an easy lock wheel system with steering facility. Weight limit: 325 kg. Choice of upholstery colours.

Bobath table with one section and fixed height: 200 x 100 x 50 cm, white epoxy frame and top upholstered with black imitation leather of high quality. Maximum user weight: 150 kg. A simple kit joins two Bobath tables to obtain a work surface of 200 x 200 cm.
