How does Whole Body Vibration work?
Vibrations of a certain amplitude and frequency cause passive modifications
of the joint angle and consequently a change of muscle length and expansion.
Sensors in the muscular system trigger the so called “tonic vibration
reflex” which produces increased strength in the tense muscles during
vibration training.
The high frequencies (20-40 per second) make the training very effective.
The whole muscular system is affected, blood circulation is highly activated,
joints and sinews get relaxed. The great number of stimulations per second
increases hormone production.
Training effects
| • |
building up of muscular strength and stamina |
| • |
tissue lifting |
| • |
better blood circulation |
| • |
lymphatic drainage, purification |
| • |
stretching effects and higher mobility |
| • |
relief of pain |
| • |
better metabolism |
| • |
increase of bone density (osteoporosis treatment) |
Control tower
The separate control tower is connected by 2 connectors to the platform, preserving
the electronics from any vibration.
The remote control ensures save starting of the exercise in lying or sitting
position.
The backlighted displays show the following
information:
| • |
display 1: the exercise |
| • |
display 2: the trained muscle groups |
| • |
display 3: frequency, time and number of the exercise |
Chip card
The chip card serves as a key. With the "Master Card" you can create
individual programs, training schedules and their validity time which
are saved on a personal
chip card. This way, only authorized persons can use the VIBRAFIT.
Advantages of the VIBRAFIT
| • |
easy operation |
| • |
maintenance-free mechanics |
| • |
optimal price-performance ratio |
| • |
very quiet |
| • |
modern design |
| • |
separate control tower |
